JOB SCOPE:
· Responsible for planning and overseeing a project within an organisation.
· Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
· Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
· Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
· Address issues promptly, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
· Be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, objectives, and timelines.
· Leading project planning sessions
· Coordinating staff and internal resources
· Managing project progress and adapt work as required
· Ensuring projects meet deadlines
· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
· Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for staff
· Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
· Managing large and diverse teams (estimated of 100 or more headcounts)
· Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
· Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
· Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least two (2) years of experience in managing similar projects (i.e., Deployment of a total of at least sixty (60) headcounts)
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Capacity to manage high stress situations
· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
· Leadership skills
· Attention to detail
· May need to travel to two locations when needed, East and Central (Nearest MRT Expo and Fort Canning/Bukit Timah)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
· Contract type: 36 months with option to extend 2 years
· Salary: Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.

· Working location: Main working location will be at Outram (Central)
