Our Client is a leading player in building management industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Engineer to be part of their Project Management team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities of Project Engineer:
- Coordinate client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings to ensure compliance with A&A project requirements.
- Interpret drawings, identify discrepancies, and devise solutions.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, control, and coordinate A&A works for timely completion.
- Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely execution aligned with client specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Handle multiple minor projects concurrently.
- Plan, schedule, control, and coordinate building services-related works, including preventive, breakdown, and A&A works.
- Lead a team for accurate and timely on-site execution.
- Liaise with clients, Managing Agent, and subcontractors to adhere to requirements.
- Monitor and report project progress promptly.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in various building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, A&A, renovation, and plumbing.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in construction industry is a bonus
