- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and applications.
- Provide technical information and guidance to customers regarding the selection of parts.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
