Salary Range : $3,500-$5,000
Training Contractor FCSS / ERMS
Must have skills:
1. Positive Work Ethics - proactive, diligent, attention to details and take ownership on assigned tasks.
2. Experience in creating training documents
3. Understand the art of converting functional / technical knowledge to layman terms in a
clear concise manner that is intuitive to training participants.
4. Experience in conducting training sessions
5. Great communications skills, exude confidence while providing clarifications.
6. Good to Have skills: Prior experience with ServiceNow
