- Manage seating arrangement for customers
- Takes and serves orders for food and beverage
- Recommends specialty dishes to customers
- Checks utensils on tables are in placed
- Ensures good conditions of chinaware, glassware and tablecloth
- Clears away used chinaware and tablecloth after customers had finished dining
- Sets table by replacing with clean chinaware and tablecloth
- Takes over duties of the cashier and hostess when necessary
- Answers phone calls during rest time from 3pm to 5pm
- Performs all other tasks delegated by the Restaurant Manager
