The Client

The Opportunity

  • Write and post clear and attractive job descriptions for technical positions on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and online communities.
  • Source and identify potential candidates using various methods, such as resume databases, referrals, networking events, and online platforms
  • Screen and evaluate candidates’ resumes and portfolios based on their technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews with candidates using a combination of technical, behavioral, and situational questions.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and tests to assess candidates’ abilities and skills.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and team leaders on the best candidates for each role.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in HRIS – Workday.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and the technical skills and competencies required for each role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or a similar role in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with various technical roles and the skills and tools required for each position.
  • Experience in using various sourcing methods and platforms to find and attract technical talent.
  • Knowledge of various interview techniques and assessment methods for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Workday
