The Opportunity
- Write and post clear and attractive job descriptions for technical positions on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and online communities.
- Source and identify potential candidates using various methods, such as resume databases, referrals, networking events, and online platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates’ resumes and portfolios based on their technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews with candidates using a combination of technical, behavioral, and situational questions.
- Coordinate technical assessments and tests to assess candidates’ abilities and skills.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and team leaders on the best candidates for each role.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in HRIS – Workday.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and the technical skills and competencies required for each role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with various technical roles and the skills and tools required for each position.
- Experience in using various sourcing methods and platforms to find and attract technical talent.
- Knowledge of various interview techniques and assessment methods for technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Workday
