Job Description
1. Responsible for daily sales activities and customer experience.
2. Ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales targets.
3. Liaise with the relevant departments inside and outside of the company for event support.
4. Maintain the desired store environment with appropriate visual merchandising and presentation.
5. Manage the departmental personnel matters and manpower.
6. Supervise, develop and motivate subordinates.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Business/Retail Management or its equivalent.
* A team player with a passion for fashion retail and the enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Able to work on some weekends and public holidays
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Position is open to fresh graduates
