Job Description:
- Overall in change of shops operation and sales.
- Provide advice, recommend products, answer any questions customers might have for walk in or call in customers, and attempt to make sales through enquiries.
- Demonstrate or showcase the store’s products to customers.
- Answer the phone and handle customer’s requests and enquiries.
- Look after customers and guest’s welfare.
- Initiate and build Customer Relations Management programs to ensure client loyalty.
- Work and maintain store display in accordance with brand visual merchandiser.
- Perform housekeeping to maintain overall presentation of the shop in terms of merchandising, cleanliness, tidiness and display of products, equipment and tools at all times.
- Participate in meetings within or outside the Company.
- Participate in ongoing trainings within or outside the Company.
- Participate in monthly product test and ensure pass test
- Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment.
- Provision of exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
- Adhere to shop day-to-day operations procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in beauty/ wellness or retail industries.
- Proven sales records/ sales experience.
- Able to work on shift and retail hours.
