Responsibilities:
1.Manage and control inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
2.Analyse Warehouse and Logistics gaps and propose effective and efficient solution to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
3.Understanding and prioritizing customer requirements and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
4.In-charge of budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction strategies to optimize the financial performance of the logistics and warehouse operations.
5.Maintain, manage and interpret data trends in warehouse and logistics operations that can be used to make informed decisions.
6. Manage group of warehouse and logistics team to ensure on time delivery is fulfilled.
Education and skills:
1.At least Polytechnic diploma or degree, with 5 years' experience on warehouse and logistics operation in a fast-paced manufacturing set-up
2, Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
This includes effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Exposure on Local and Overseas shipment arrangements
4. Proficiency in inventory control and management to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory. Modula experience an advantage.
5.Inventory Management, Good communication skills, can work independently, Good People Management skills, Process driven.
