Position: Finance & Tax Lead
Report to : Director of International Business Division
Location : Dhoby Ghaut
Working Hours : 9am-6pm, 5 Days Work Week
Job Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance of finance and accounting operations and taxation in accordance with accounting standards and tax laws.
- Maintain proper financial controls and documentation for audit trail.
- Coordinate the performance of internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management through an outsourced service provider.
- Prepare annual budget and compare to actual results with a view to identifying,explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.
- Provide insightful information to management team to aid in long-term and short-term commercial decision making.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management, board and audit committee meetings.
- Advise HQ finance regarding to local laws and regulations
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts/ Finance is preferred
- Leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great team player
- High degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
- FluentChinese communication skills, both written and verbal to lias with Headquarters
