Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting and facilitating day-to-day operations of the outlets
- Check service agreements and ensuring details are accurate
- Perform database housekeeping and back end adjustments in the in-house POS system
- Might be required to perform customer care duties in outlets
- Might be required to perform front desk duties in HQ
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
