Operations and Administration Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting and facilitating day-to-day operations of the outlets
  • Check service agreements and ensuring details are accurate
  • Perform database housekeeping and back end adjustments in the in-house POS system
  • Might be required to perform customer care duties in outlets
  • Might be required to perform front desk duties in HQ
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
