- Regional Operational Risk Monitoring – To analyze & manage operational risks of overseas offices through reviewing

- Internal Operation Procedure
- Business Continuity Management
- Devise and introduce strategies to prevent, eliminate & mitigate operational risks of overseas offices by providing opinions and advises for streamlining of workflow and processes
- Review and analyze branches' operational workflow and identify potential bottlenecks and operational lapses to reduce operational errors
- To spearhead the preparation of overseas offices’ OER, Transaction Volume & Operational Analysis report for Management
- Engage with the overseas offices to select core Goal Setting items
- Evaluates overseas offices' achievement based on the criteria set by HQ, IOPD
- Conduct trainings at overseas offices e.g. SWIFT basic knowledge, Operations Planning, Operational Risk Control, Local
- To plan and organize Forums to upgrade the skills and knowledge of overseas offices national staffs; to design Forum agenda, to arrange for speakers and meeting facilities (OJT, Regional Operations Forum)
- Reporting & Analysis; compiling reports, updates, translation from English to Japanese & vice-versa
- Prepare consolidated report on Asia Pacific region’s Transaction Volume, Operational Errors, Trade Volume, MGEB ratio etc.
- Contribute comprehensively in the areas of operational risk and provide cross-functional support between other HQ teams and overseas offices: -
- Streamline the process of each overseas office in order to have smoother SEIBI preparation
- Provide cross functional guidance based on the expertise of operational risk
- Review and Lead the project with India and related HQ departments through coordination and strategic planning

Requirements
- Willing to travel for short business trips to branch offices when required
- Diverse knowledge of various back-office operations (Loans, Treasury, Trade, Remittance, Deposit), Operations Planning and Risk Management
