Job Description:


As a Sales Manager in the wire and cable sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, developing strategic initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the wire and cable industry, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  2. Strategic Planning:Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
    Collaborate with the executive team to set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  3. Market Analysis:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
  4. Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Product Knowledge:Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our wire and cable products, features, and applications.
    Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular sales reports and analytics to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    Present findings and recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  3. Industry Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of the wire and cable industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
  4. Leadership Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Results-Driven:A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
