Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Junior Billing Executive (Contract) to support our Billing team.
This is a 6-month contract role. We are seeking candidates who can commence immediately.
Job Description
Client Billings
- Perform high-volume client billings
- Formal reconciliation preparation as part of the billing process
- Work closely and communicate with stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues
- Assist with client financial year-end closing and ensure all client invoices are billed
- To ensure all the entries in the Work-in-Progress account are properly posted and revenue is recognized on a timely basis
Vendor invoices
- To reconcile actual cost with the approved budget
- Timely input all vendor invoices for payment in the system
Adhoc duties
- To ensure completeness of proper e-filing of documentation
- To assist with month-end and year-end financial closing
- To assist with internal, external, and client audit
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance or higher
- One or two years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
- SPECTRA PF/IGNITIA system knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Good organizational skills to handle the high volume of work
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and responsible team player who can meet tight deadlines
- Able to commence immediately
