Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Direct product research and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Min 5 years of IT Sales Experience.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Min Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT or relevant field.
