In view of our retail business expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidate to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the role will assist in managing the daily store operations and maximizing sales.
Responsibilities
- The store in-charge store in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
- Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
- Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
- Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
- Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
- Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in luxury retail industry
- Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
- Proficient in computer literacy and Excellent command in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
