Key responsibilities
- Reception duties during business hours, provide on demand support for on-site employees and visitors.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal partners, gaining recognition as a team resource and go-to person for office related questions.
- Office equipment, supplies, facilities and vendor management.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Implement, maintain and keep updated office admin procedures with a mindset of continuous enhancements to existing processes.
- Ensure the office environment and procedures meet health and safety regulation standards, and ensuring they are observed by all persons on-site.
- Continuously ensure our workplace is tidy, organized, and inviting
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, including but not limited to office celebrations, new joiner and CSR events.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Manage all inbound mail and packages. Provide outbound mail services for employees.
- Ad hoc matters as assigned
Skills / Proficiencies required
- At least 2 -3 years of related experience in providing office administration support / facilities role. Ideally with a focus on employee experience.
- Both written and verbal communication skills are vital and, of course, you’ll be good at building team relationships.
- Have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal & customer service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, most importantly with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
