Job Description
Seeking for a dynamic team player, with excellent sales skills, positive attitude, and keen sense of style, to join our team as Sales Consultant – Bridal Stylist, at one of Singapore's premier designer bridal boutiques. Must be effectively bi lingual in Mandarin and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with sales team to achieve sales targets
- Work with fellow Stylists on the Sales Team, to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales appointments with brides; engage with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations
- Work with Seamstress to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
- Work with Supervisor to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the root cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon
- Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Sales driven with positive attitude and mindset
- Strong team-player
- Min 2 years of work experience in a sales capacity in bridal industry
- Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for fashion and styling
- Min secondary /college qualifications
- Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Meticulous by nature and fast learner
- Able to work 6 days work week with permanent Mondays off
- Must have basic computer skills
