Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
· Preparation and maintaining accounts for the portfolio of clients which includes monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, MAS reporting, GST reporting in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
· Preparation of clients' deliverables (i.e. Management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director's Report)
· Assist clients with any accounting, payroll, MAS and GST related issues
· Any other ad hoc duties as required by the department
Qualifications & Experience
· 3At least years of hands-on experience in a professional accounting or corporate services firm preferred
· Familiar with FRS
· Experience with fund companies account preferred
· Experience with Million software will be advantageous
· Meticulous, attention to detail and good organizational skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with client/colleagues
