Customer Care Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service hotline across all areas
  • Answer enquiries and provide information
  • Able to handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
  • Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties
  • Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary
  • Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level, A level, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma in any field
  • Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • At least one year of relevant Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience
  • Training will be provided
