Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline across all areas
- Answer enquiries and provide information
- Able to handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
- Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary
- Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level, A level, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma in any field
- Must be comfortable working in Call Centre Environment
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- At least one year of relevant Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience
- Training will be provided
