Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Sales:
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
· Engage customers in meaningful conversations to assess their skincare needs and concerns.
· Recommend suitable skincare routines and products based on individual requirements.
· Provide product demonstrations and explain the application techniques to enhance customers' understanding.
· Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
· Maintain a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
2. Customer Service and Consultation:
· Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a personalized and attentive shopping experience.
· Actively listen to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.
· Offer skincare advice, tips, and recommendations to help customers achieve their desired results.
· Provide thorough explanations of product features, usage instructions, and potential outcomes.
· Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour at all times.
3. Store Operations:
· Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
· Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock products as needed.
· Track and record sales, customer interactions, and relevant data accurately.
· Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet performance objectives.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and emerging skincare trends.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in skincare or beauty-related fields is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skincare Specialist, or similar role in a retail environment.
· Passion for skincare and a solid understanding of skincare principles, ingredients, and routines.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
· Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist customers in achieving their skincare goals.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
· Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
· Familiarity with Skincare products or prior experience with the brand is highly desirable.
