Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Set and achieve retention goals for assigned accounts.
- Practice effective Sales management techniques.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Use company resources effectively to grow the business without adding too much expense to the bottom line.
- Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfillment.
- Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Have to take up the whole stock manually every day and need to follow up.
Requirements
- Min 5 years of work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- B.Com degree in Accounts, Business Administration, sales or relevant field.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge about MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work retail hours and public holidays. And also, ready to work in nightshift.
- Knowledge of MOM regulations.
- Good to have fluency in English.
- Class 3 / 4 driving license.
