Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Set and achieve retention goals for assigned accounts.
  • Practice effective Sales management techniques.
  • Generate and follow up on business leads.
  • Use company resources effectively to grow the business without adding too much expense to the bottom line.
  • Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfillment.
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Have to take up the whole stock manually every day and need to follow up.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • B.Com degree in Accounts, Business Administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge about MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work retail hours and public holidays. And also, ready to work in nightshift.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations.
  • Good to have fluency in English.
  • Class 3 / 4 driving license.
