Responsiblities:
- Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt response and proper routing to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing sales-related documentation.
- Assist in creating and formatting maintenance proposals, including assembling necessary documentation, cost estimates, and service details.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM software or other tools.
- Liaise with clients to schedule appointments, gather information, and relay important details between clients and the sales team.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback, answer queries, and ensure client satisfaction after proposal submissions or sales interactions.
- Generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and activity summaries for the sales team and management.
- Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, operations, and finance to coordinate project handovers, invoicing, and other operational aspects.
- Develop a basic understanding of ACMV systems and maintenance processes to facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Assist the sales team with various ad hoc tasks, such as market research, competitor analysis, and preparing materials for client presentations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering such as Mechanical or Electrical
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferrer
- Experience in the HVAC or maintenance industry is advantageous.
- Able to perform technical calculation (heat load, cold load), onsite visitation, selection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
