Description:
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in Networking technologies such as Routing, Switching, and experience in Ansible (Yaml), python and scripting for creating Network Automation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade client’s network and connectivity to other offices, regional exchanges, collocation sites
- Provide network design, solution deployment, and technical documentation for network and security related equipment such as Firewall, Load Balancer, IPS, proxy etc
- Translates business requirements into technical designs that ensure availability, stability, scalability, security and ensure the solutions comply
Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of routing, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP multicast, QoS, VPC, Spanning-tree
- Proficiency in managing Cisco, Checkpoint, PaloAlto and Fortinet firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis tools, such as Solarwind, Netscout InfiniStream, WireShark, NetFluke, ServOne etc.
- Familiarity with network tools to improve network infrastructure performance
- Experienced in network automation concept (NetDevOps) and tools (python, ansible, git)
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework related to Incident, Change, Request...
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Business Information Technology/Information Technology/Computer & Communication Systems/Computer & Network Technology/Computer & Networking
- CCNP or the equivalent professional certificates
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural, virtual team, across multiple geographical regions
