Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling functions for LTA projects.
- Provide assistance to Engineers on scheduling requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements.
- Identify possible time impact issues I.E. set up and manage Variation Order Deduction System.
- Delay Analysis for claim for client or subcon’s claim.
- Prepares Primavera P6, to monitor the progress and substantiate time and cost entitlements.
- Prepares contract programmes, including high-level summary programmes for presentation purposes.
- Monitors the progress of the construction programme and determine the delay events and their impacts
- The preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
- Prepares progress reports and progress audits, including S-Curves, Progress trackers and programming health checks.
- Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarizing key recovery strategies
- Prepare baseline /working program which includes resource loading
- Other duties as may be required by the company.
Requirements
1. Excellent for Primavera P6
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications or minimum 5 years Civil Project Planning/Scheduling experience
3. EOT claim with Time/Delay Analysis
4. Competent in planning and organizing work schedules
5. Experience in LTA Project will have advantages.
