We are expanding our team and seeking an Technology Risk & Compliance to join Divisional Risk and Control. This role is pivotal in ensuring non-financial risk and control management for our operating division or infrastructure function. By defining risk management frameworks, developing procedures, and maintaining operational discipline, you will play a key role in aligning our operations with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, tailor, and test the control infrastructure for the business.
- Communicate regulatory developments and implications to the business.
- Execute risk-related processes and draft initial risk procedures.
- Manage Risk and Compliance data for both first and second lines.Coordinate risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) processes.
- Drive messaging and information from the second line to the first line.
- Provide a consolidated view of non-financial risks.
- Cultivate a positive risk culture and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant.
- 2-3 years of experience in tech risk and control, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
