1.General Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the site team.

Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents and records.

2.Communication Management:

Facilitate communication within the site team and with external stakeholders.

Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

3.Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for team members.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for site-related activities.

4.Document Management:

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.

5.Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.

Maintain detailed records of site activities and transactions.

6.Supply Management:

Monitor and replenish office supplies for the site team.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

7.Meeting Support:

Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.

Arrange and set up meeting rooms, ensuring necessary materials are available.

8.Visitor and Contractor Coordination:

Welcome and assist visitors to the site.

Coordinate access for contractors and ensure compliance with site policies.

9.Safety and Compliance Assistance:

Assist in maintaining safety records and documentation.

Support compliance with relevant regulations and protocols.

10.Expense Tracking:

Assist in tracking and reconciling expenses related to site activities.

11.Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve routine administrative issues.

Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.

12.Support for Site Manager:

Provide administrative support to the site manager as needed.

Assist on special projects or tasks assigned by the site manager.
