RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support during pre-sales for assigned cybersecurity products to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and position solutions for go-to-market strategies and customer proposals.
- Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
- Execute strategic cybersecurity solution selling and conduct cybersecurity solutions demonstrations.
- Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solutions and Network Performance solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposals, addressing RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
- Conduct in-house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and deployments using new products and features.
- Stay current on competitive solutions, products, and services in the cybersecurity field.
- Provide enablement training for internal Post Sales engineers and partners on product/technology knowledge.
- Regularly update internal sales staff on new products and technologies.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales activities for large enterprises, government sectors, or related fields. Candidates with extensive experience in the delivery and implementation of cybersecurity technology, open to transitioning into a presales consultant role, are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
Willingness to perform demos and presentations showcasing expertise in key security technologies.
Good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software-Defined Networks, Network Performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
Ability to design architecture and write proposals.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Englih.
Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling with commercial judgment preferred.
