Senior Solutions Sales Manager

Business Development:

  1. Oversee the development of the client portfolio by guiding Solution Sales Managers in identifying and contacting prospects.
  2. Lead and participate in high-level prospect meetings, understanding and addressing the key challenges of strategic clients.
  3. Collaborate with Practice Managers and key partners to tailor solutions that meet client needs at an advanced level.
  4. Play a pivotal role in talent identification and recruitment, fostering the growth and capabilities of the sales team.

Account Management:

  1. Supervise and mentor Solution Sales Managers in managing client relationships, ensuring consistent and high-quality follow-ups.
  2. Provide strategic support to clients throughout the deployment of solutions, focusing on long-term success and satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to retain and expand client relationships.

Strategy:

  1. Gain a deep understanding of each client’s overarching strategy to offer tailored guidance through their transformation challenges.
  2. Lead the development and execution of the Sales Team’s strategies, aligning them with the broader goals of the HR and Finance Transformation Division.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales team, driving continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement.

Your Profile:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Over 8 years in sales, with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
  2. Sales Team Leadership: Experience in leading and developing a sales team, with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
  3. ERP/HCM Solutions Expertise: Knowledgeable in ERP and HCM solutions, with experience in managing partner relationships in this field.
  4. Workday Market Experience: Preferably experienced in the Workday market, understanding its products, services, and client needs.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align sales strategies with business goals, identify new opportunities, and adapt to market changes.
  6. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating strategies and ideas to team members, partners, and clients.
