Business Development:
- Oversee the development of the client portfolio by guiding Solution Sales Managers in identifying and contacting prospects.
- Lead and participate in high-level prospect meetings, understanding and addressing the key challenges of strategic clients.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and key partners to tailor solutions that meet client needs at an advanced level.
- Play a pivotal role in talent identification and recruitment, fostering the growth and capabilities of the sales team.
Account Management:
- Supervise and mentor Solution Sales Managers in managing client relationships, ensuring consistent and high-quality follow-ups.
- Provide strategic support to clients throughout the deployment of solutions, focusing on long-term success and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to retain and expand client relationships.
Strategy:
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s overarching strategy to offer tailored guidance through their transformation challenges.
- Lead the development and execution of the Sales Team’s strategies, aligning them with the broader goals of the HR and Finance Transformation Division.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales team, driving continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement.
Your Profile:
- Proven Sales Experience: Over 8 years in sales, with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Sales Team Leadership: Experience in leading and developing a sales team, with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
- ERP/HCM Solutions Expertise: Knowledgeable in ERP and HCM solutions, with experience in managing partner relationships in this field.
- Workday Market Experience: Preferably experienced in the Workday market, understanding its products, services, and client needs.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align sales strategies with business goals, identify new opportunities, and adapt to market changes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating strategies and ideas to team members, partners, and clients.
