Responsibilities:
- Accountable for enhancing equipment capacity and validating operations productivity.
- Establish planning factors for both short-term and strategic planning scenarios.
- Monitor and address imminent short-term production bottlenecks.
- Formulate strategies for shop floor scheduling to align with planned throughput.
- Collaborate closely with the Production team to regulate dispatch points and ensure a seamless production process
Requirements:
- Possesses a degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent. Demonstrates strong knowledge in manufacturing and logistics processes, systems, and product costing within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
