Ability to identify opportunity and form an independent view of areas of opportiunity and concerns and present to the Investment Team.
Partner with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to idenfity value creation initiatives
Define and execute key workstreams to implement value creation
Monitor ongoing reporting to identify issues and opportunities
Serve as a thought partner and leadership resource to portfolio companies by providing guidance in the execution of strategy
Identify and implement new business strategies to improve profitability and ways to improve business processes
Build strong management teams, assist in recruitement for key roles, identify performance issues early and advise on organisation structure gaps
