Curriculum Developer

Ssa Academy Pte. Ltd.

You will provide support to the Learning Development department in the design and development of curriculum. In addition, your role is to assist the Company to pave the way for the creation of an exciting and unforgettable range of products for different groups of users. To this end, you will get direction and guidance from the L&D HOD.


Scope of Work

  • Collaborate in the development of courses within a team-oriented environment, actively engaging with colleagues to optimize learning design capabilities.
  • Transform traditional training materials, originally designed for 100% classroom-based and instructor-led delivery, into effective blended learning formats.
  • Create and develop new content for e-learning and blended learning solutions, including activities, simulations, scenarios, and demonstrations.
  • Propose improvements to instructional methodology and training materials, encompassing assessments and interactions, to elevate the learning experience.
  • Apply adult learning theories to inform the creation of engaging e-learning and blended learning solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of all courses prior to release, ensuring quality and alignment with established standards.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) for knowledge acquisition and validation of content.
  • Maintain accurate records of all curricula in an organized manner.
  • Manage self to establish and meet department goals and deliver them by agreed upon deadlines.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned periodically.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must have a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or completing a DDDLP soon.
  • Must be comfortable in exploring the use of EdTech tools.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in designing and/or developing curricula, with some experience in e-learning, utilizing advanced functionality in iSpring and/or various authoring tools.
  • A good command of English.
  • A team player.

This position will be fully office based.
