Workshop Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and organized Workshop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and be willing to work hard.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of workshops, including logistics, registrations, and catering
- Provide administrative support to workshop instructors and participants
- Maintain workshop records and databases
- Create and distribute workshop materials
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Secondary school, diploma, or equivalent
- No experience required
- Willingness to learn quickly and work hard
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with customers, mechanics, and managers
Note:
- We will provide training on all administrative tasks required for this role.
- We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and who are willing to work hard.

- Working hours are Monday to Saturday (5.5days)
