- Purchase BRI/BRCS Package
- Review loan documents presented by sales/dealership, verify the accuracy of the loan documents, gather proper documentation and ensure document compliance with state regulations and company policy
- Notify sales/dealership or the customer of any discrepancies and will follow-up until any issue are resolved
- Assist in preparation of loan proposal, approval advise, HP agreements, invoices, billings and documentation for sales and financing transactions
- Update administrative data in system and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filling duties
- Create /maintain/check client & loan record in the system
- Monitoring and tracking of loan process
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
