A bit more about you

This job is for someone who thrives in building relationships with prospects and customers. In this role, you would require a strong understanding of Adobe products and services, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. This is also a People manager role, that requires providing guidance and support to grow expertise of our consultants, leveraging the matrix of global and regional competency and Practice teams.

We are looking for candidates who would love to work with people and that enjoy partnering with customers on their journey to ensure they understand how Adobe's solutions will work in the real world. Someone who is eager to learn and partner with other teams to identify Customers’ critical business issues and assist in structuring transaction that meet both Adobe's requirements and the Customer’s needs.

What you'll have

  • Lead AEM Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Manager projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to best practices, and on-time project completion.
  • Technical Architecture and Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define the technical architecture and design of AEM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and extensibility.
  • Development and Customization: Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations, leveraging your strong technical expertise in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Mentor existing/new team members with new product features, delivery processes, project-based findings and support.
  • Grow Adobe’s architecture practice and share on -the -ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve the product capabilities.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience as a Technical Lead or Consultant in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations or other Content Management systems
  • Hands-on experience in Java development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in AEM core components, including templates, components, workflows, and content structures.
  • Understanding of modern Content Management System architecture, installation, and administration.
  • Experience in integrating Content Management System with other systems, such as CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
