HR & Administrative Officer

Mol Lng Transport (asia) Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR

  • Recruitment which includes placing job advertisements, interviews arrangement, references and background check.
  • Preparation of appointment/confirmation letter, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update employee data in internal HR databases.
  • Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, etc.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions for all government related claims, e.g. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, makeup claims.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Administrative

  • Attend & greet the guest, serve beverages or meals when necessary.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
  • Printing and order business cards when necessary.
  • Training and course arrangement
  • Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air travel, accommodation, etc), and operations, manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and travel service providers.
  • In charge of General Administrative duties and office maintenance matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Display good understanding and knowledge of Singapore Human Resource practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Proficiency in Japanese language will be an advantage.
  • Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
  • Simple accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
