Responsibilities:
- Technical review and assessment of applications
- Support and troubleshooting technical issues and complex application.
- Ensuring Process and SLA adherence
- Create the PowerShell scripts for the package configuration
- Responsible for service request, incidents, and other tasks
- Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment
Skills
- Good in technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- At least 2 years of experience in Application Packaging
- Must have knowledge in application packaging and application compatibility testing.
- Should be able to handle all technical customer escalations
- Microsoft Registry and ability to query
- Power Shell
- VB scripting
- Create and/or modify scripts & script wrappers, for application installs
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and package issues
- Assist with automated deployments of packaged software
- Providing operating system, application, and hardware testing support
- Work to existing systems processes and standards, under the guidance of the SME Team Lead
- Be able to track and document information regarding troubleshooting techniques resulting in repeatable documented procedures that will to be executed by operational teams
- Strong knowledge of Windows registry
- Experience troubleshooting desktop related issues including software and hardware issues
- Develop software installation scripts and provide code review for complex software installation
- Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting desktop related issues including software and hardware issues
