Manage and ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop;
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas to comply with health and food safety regulations and necessary policies and procedures
Lead, encourage and motivate the team to develop a good working culture and teamwork in the workplace
Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures to achieve the sales target set
Work closely with the Chefs in the planning of new menus for the restaurant
Perform cashiering and accounting duties
Maintain and ensure timely replenishment of stocks and restaurant equipment
Resolve customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service effectively
Job Requirements
Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving with at least 2 years of working experience in F&B industry
Posses strong leadership skills, executor, planner, problem solving and result-oriented
Effective time management
Responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills at all level
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
Salary will be commensurate with experience
