The Main Responsibilities:
Develop strong clients’ accounts and servicing existing business to achieve KPI
Assist clients in recruitment needs and provide professional advice to achieve effective hiring
Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting, to candidate assessment to arranging for interviews and presenting the offer
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder
Prior work experience in recruitment or relevant industry.
Proven track record in similar roles
CEI-certified (non-MDW)
