This role is to support the operations team. The job enables the candidate to work in a multi-national work environment that is interesting and never boring.

  • We are looking for candidates that can start work immediately.
  • Fresh entry without experiences may apply.

Job Scope:

  • Daily operations. Generates invoices / DO / PO /CN and process orders received, including filing and data entry.
  • Be involved in inventory / stock take / goods returns / AR.
  • Packs orders for online sales.
  • Practice good customer service to attend to incoming calls and messages (Whats App / Social Media). Make courtesy calls to customers.
  • Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant experiences, preferably in food factory or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication in both spoken and writing Eng.lish is a must.
  • Polite and friendly personality is a must.
  • Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be prepared to liaise with suppliers and production team who may not speak and write English.
  • Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
  • Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
