The position will entail the job of providing secretarial and administrative support to an MNC bank IBD bankers.
This position will perform secretarial support to a team of bankers under limited supervision. Duties are both semi-complex and confidential requiring the use of discretion. The role involves regularly following and applying established company departmental policies, procedures, and standards in making day-to-day decisions.
Please note that this is a contract position in our Company for 6 months which could be renewed.
KEY Responsibilities:
· Planning and arranging extensive overseas travel arrangements – e.g. visas, flights & accommodation
· Be responsible for diary management, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings
· Preparing travel and entertainment expense reports and providing deal expense breakdown
reports
· Telephone cover, lunch cover, and assisting other support staff
· Secretarial coverage during other secretaries’ absence
· Providing support for office-related admin
· Co-ordinate team activities and events
· Create and maintain files of the manager’s correspondence, records, etc.
· May handle confidential company and employee information
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years administrative experience in Investment Banking
· Good knowledge of the finance industry sector
· Well-organized, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving
environment
· Professional and service-oriented
· Enthusiastic team player
· Flexible and willing to handle last-minute changes and issues as they arise
· Strong work ethic and a strong sense of urgency
· Eager to get involved and fully participate in the team, “can do “attitude
· Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions;

The Work Location will be in the CBD area around Raffles Place/Downtown/Shenton.
