Responsibilities
• Support to ensure effective and efficient maintenance services of all instruments and electrical systems at various locations for Air Separation Unit (ASU) Plants.
• Support to manage day to day operations and responsible for backup and up-keep of plant related software for Operations Division.
• Upkeep and maintain ISO systems ASU Plants.
• Assist to plan and execute a scheduled E&I maintenance program or ASU plant.
• Assist to ensure all electrical and instrument maintenance according to international industrial standards and requirements including statutory codes and corporate standards.
• Support to provide additional support for Electrical and Instrumentation activities at other sites in Operations Division as required.
• Assist to ensure all E&I related work activities are updated and follow up the maintenance/calibration schedule.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in plant maintenance in the field of instrumentation, Electrical and Analyzer.
• Experience in engineering and maintenance/service/commissioning & start up in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Experience in Electrical Medium Voltage 11kv switchgear, LV 415V operating and control circuit knowledge preferably.
• An understanding of mandatory regulatory requirements for maintenance, test and inspections.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies.
• Good Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Past experience on TCN, ASU, APSA projects and working experience is a plus
• Oil and Gas experience will be an added advantage
