Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide sales efforts, both online and offline, by devising short and long-term channel strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
- Develop promotional activities for each channel and identify potential partners, collaborating with the Merchandising team to create suitable product plans.
- Cultivate professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across sales channels.
- Articulate the value proposition of new channels through proposals and presentations.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize sales and customer experience. Innovate and execute sales initiatives targeting specific demographics.
- Provide hands-on support for sales associates in lead generation.
- Offer insights on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancing customer value.
- Coordinate with various company departments to achieve sales objectives.
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals with channel partners.
- Take responsibility for sales reporting, weekly updates, and customer profile reports.
Requirements:
- Preferred background in fashion, retail, and ecommerce industries.
- Min 5 years of experience in Retail sales management.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
