Vice President, Talent Management

With the increased focus on talent agenda in the Singapore office and Asia Pacific region, this Vice President position will primarily be responsible for early career programs and other talent management initiatives, reporting to Head of Talent Management. This role is an excellent career opportunity for someone who enjoys designing and shaping talent initiatives that make an impact on the organization.


Key Responsibilities -

Early Career Programs:

  • Person-in-charge to design and implement programs that build future talent pool such as the Singapore Internship Program and Singapore Analyst Program. This includes planning the annual cohorts, working with the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to bring talents in, being the go-to point person for each cohort of interns and analysts, and work with other country HR teams to bring consistency in programs in the Asia Pacific region.
  • In addition, this role will assess and determine the commercial benefit of utilizing the government grants in Singapore for early career programs, and manage the execution of the schemes with other HR teams.

Talent Management Initiatives:

  • Work closely with the Talent and HR Business Partner teams to support the conceptualization, research, proposal, design and implementation of talent management initiatives.
  • Support the roll out of region-wide succession management and individual development planning and career discussions.
  • Depending on the incumbent’s experience, this role may support performance management, diversity, equity and inclusion related work.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong working experience in designing and managing program hires (eg. internship, graduate trainee)
  • Working knowledge in succession planning and talent management practices
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to details
  • Strong sense of responsibility and tenacity to follow through on deliverables
  • Collaborative, team oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Self starter, methodical and logical
