- Overall supervision of the restaurant operations
- Work in hand with outlet in-charge to increase revenue, manage staff and controlling costs based on set targets /KPIs/Budgets
- Develop and provide SOPs as relevant to current business expectations
- Plan and strategies marketing promotions to boost sales and social media presence
- Hire/Train current and new staff
- Lead the team and motivates them to contribute to the best of their abilities
- Handle staff disciplinary actions, performance reviews
- Provide relevant training to all staff -e.g Customer service, Food presentation
- Lead restaurant inventory-supplies, equipment’s and items needed to run operation smoothly
- Ensure compliance -license ,hygiene & health , safety standards
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and good maintenance for the outlet
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must atleast possess Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or related
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in beer, wine, spirits,sake is a plus or WSET trained.
- Meticulous, reliable able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
- Display strong leadership with good initiative skills
