EVENT DIRECTOR
In view of expansion, our client is seeking Event Director to play a key role in envisioning and executing event strategies to drive and spearhead business growth
Responsibilities
- Fluent in managing budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects while running it simultaneously.
- Efficiently deal with project problems by talking to clients and internal teams, making sure the project gets done smoothly.
- Keeping the leadership team informed about project updates, any problems that arise, and any other important things.
- Showcasing mentorship to the Project Management team and personalized career development plans.
- Sourcing for opportunities for ongoing projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle events with expected P&L and commitment to targets
Qualifications
- With a minimum of 9 - 10 years of experience in the events industry, MICE or relevant industries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management and time management.
- Passionate, delving into full spectrum of project management, from pitch ideation and presentation to clients, lead generation, and beyond.
