- Handle and support administrative requests and queries
- Picking up calls, replying to emails, and assisting walk-in customer with their enquires
- Maintaining day to day administration
- Organize incoming and outgoing stocks in the warehouse
- Maintaining the filing and inventory system
- Assist sales to maintain sales software, updating of products, prices
- Issue invoices, quotations, PO and DO, etc
- Assist sales and engineer to follow up with enquiry and documentation status
- Update invoice, inventory, and customer master list
