Park Regis Singapore is part of the StayWell Group. We currently we have hotels operating across Australia, Middle East, UK, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Vietnam, with Hotels soon to open in Thailand, Egypt, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Park Regis Singapore is currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager who is able to motivate, lead & support an experienced team, at our 202-room, 4.5 star hotel.
This position presents the opportunity to lead the Human Resources strategies for the Hotel, including a very exciting rebranding in 2024. Responsibilities include managing all Human Resources functions and activities, such as:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
- Talent Development: Evaluate, implement, and design training programs to enhance organizational capability in alignment with business strategy and goals.
- Reward and Recognition: Drive and regularly review HR solutions, including reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management, and leadership programs.
- Change Management and Development: Continuously review and enhance HR operations and people strategies to maximize outcomes for both individuals and business performance.
- Assist with the rebranding of the Hotel
- Finance – Budgeting and forecasting in the people arena
Skills and experiences that will help you excel in this role:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a Hotel/Hospitality environment will be well regarded
- Formal HR qualifications
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment advertising such as Job Street and Linkedin
- A good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, HRIS
- The ability to handle multiple projects and requests for assistance in an organised manner
- Confidence to work independently and also enjoys collaborating with others
- Genuine desire to learn and grow within the team, taking a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
