Adroit Vantage's digital sales team is looking for a business development intern to conduct sales activities through digital outreach channels to promote our wealthtech solutions. This role will equip you with the "hunter" mindset that every business development representative should have in a fast-paced tech sales team. Responsibilities
- Prospect Research: Conduct research activities on prospects to obtain information to perform digital or physical outreach. Using technology tools, you will learn how to scrape and maintain prospect information for outreach.
- Cold Outbound Digital Outreach: Use digital channels to send timely and personalized messages to prospects to educate and create awareness about Adroit Vantage's product offerings.
- Coordinate Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct customer related activities like product pitches, customer feedback and education.
- Maintain Pitch Collaterals: Create, update and refresh product pitch decks, charts, brochures and other collaterals used for sales engagements.
- Maintain CRM: Update and maintain CRM hygiene for Adroit Vantage's database.
- Product Pitching: Pitch and position Adroit Vantage's product offering to customers through digital and physical channels.
- Events & Networking: Attend events to network and build connections with prospects.
- Brainstorming: Join internal meetings with business heads to discuss ideas and plan actionable steps to accomplish goals.

- Business Development Skills: You will learn the basics of tech sales by being exposed to techniques and strategies that business development representatives use to create awareness and attract customers into the sales funnel.
- Wealth Management Business Acumen: You will learn how the wealth management industry operates and be exposed to the business processes of Family Offices, Private Banks and Wealth Management Institutes.
- Business Technology Aptitude: You will learn how modern businesses use technology platforms like CRMs, ERPs and BIs to maintain databases. You will become a proficient user of these tools.
- Marketing and Sales Aptitude: You will learn how businesses create GTM strategies and activate different departments within the marketing and sales functions to execute campaigns.
- Pitching Skills: You will learn the basics of product pitching to a customer and how to sell benefits, not features of a platform.
- Networking Skills: You will learn how to strike conversations with strangers at in-person events or through digital channels.
- Stakeholder Management: You will learn how to navigate situations and manage relationships with people in the company.
- Time Management: You will learn how to manage different deliverables and tasks run on different timelines.
