Our client is an established manufacfuring MNC, they are looking for a dynamic Regional IT Infrastructure Lead.
The regional IT Infrastructure Lead ensures the data quality and maintenance of group tools and services for the company and also its subsidaries. He/she works closely with the regional IT Security Manager, the regional IT Manager and the regional digitalization manager. He/she acts as 1st level support for local company’s users with regards to IT infrastructure related subjects.
Main Responsibilities:
» Regional coordination of IT infrastructure related projects (project management skills are required) and activities
» Support for CN services, Firewall, MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN components and servers
» Regular review and maintenance of IT asset inventory
» Request of authorizations for group services and tools over IDM and company IT Services Portal.
» Creation and maintenance of users in the company active directory
» Responsible for local infrastructure and end user support on IT hardware and application issues
» Installation of SAP GUI, printer setup and maintenance in SAP
» Governance of company standardization guidelines with regards to software and hardware purchased in the region
» Lead buyer for procurement of IT related assets for head quarter in Singapore
» Vendor Management including RFB’s for new vendors
» IT invoice verification and claim management with IT vendors
» Proposal of cost effective measures to reduce the IT operation costs in the region
» Lead the quarterly IT reporting and the annual budgeting in the entire region
Requirements:
» Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
» Should have excellent interpersonal skills, independent and result oriented.
» Problem solving, Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
» Strong communication skills and able to articulate well.
» Has a passion for innovation, new and emerging technologies, and is adaptable to dynamic environments.
